以“需求导向”引领智慧天文馆建设

摘要:
近年来,各种信息技术运用于博物馆,产生了数字化博物馆、信息化博物馆、智慧博物馆等概念。但在这一过程中,经常看到“技术导向”的建设思路导致与博物馆的功能需求不相适应的现象。本文通过对博物馆观众和管理人员的调研,结合国内外博物馆智慧化案例的分析,围绕“智慧博物馆”的功能需求和发展趋势,探讨如何通过“需求导向”引领和推动智慧博物馆的建设,形成了以“更透彻地感知、更全面地互联、更深入的智能”为建设目标,以智慧管理、智慧运行、智慧服务、智慧教育等四个维度为框架构建智慧型上海天文馆体系的初步思考。

Constructing Smart Astronomy Museums under the “Demand-oriented” Strategy

Abstract:
Due to the application of various information technologies, some new conceptions, including digital museums, information museums and smart museums, have been created in recent years. In this process, however, the “technology-oriented” construction ideas are proven to be incompatible with the functional requirements of museums. Through investigations on museum staff and audiences, also combining with the analysis of smart museums at home and abroad, this paper explores how to lead and promote the construction of smart museums under the “demand-oriented” strategy, which focuses on functional requirements and development trend of smart museums. Aiming to percept more thoroughly, to connect more comprehensively and to create a more intelligent environment, this paper attempts to construct a system for Shanghai Planetarium from four intelligent dimensions, which are management, operation, service and education.
