从“观众体验”视角规划博物馆教育——基于欧美自然历史博物馆教育活动之述评

摘要:
21世纪欧美博物馆正在经历巨变,博物馆机构本身与观众之间的关系不断变化,学者开始对博物馆定位、责任、目标和方法重新展开思考,“从观众出发”成为两者共同讨论的焦点。本文尝试从观众的视角出发,以“观众互动体验模式”作为分析框架,以欧美四座自然历史博物馆的教育活动作为研究材料,对其教育活动转向重视观众的表现、理念和做法进行述评,并从中寻绎出基于个人脉络、社会脉络和环境脉络下规划教育活动的一些较有普遍意义的建议。

Abstract:
European and American museums are undergoing great changes in the 21st century that relationship between museums in practice circle and audience is changing constantly. Scholars in theoretical circle start to rethink the position, function, objectives and operating mode of museums. The main issue is to develop from the perspective of audience. This essay is to discuss on the tendency towards audience in the educational activities of four museums in Europe and US, taking the “audience interaction experience mode” as analytical framework, then seeking a common method to guide the education development based on individual, social and environmental context, discussing the actual role that audience plays in the experience process of educational activities.
